MEMBERSHIP
The Committee shall consist of nine persons knowledgeable and interested in groundwater quality and protection:
- Three members shall be county board members
- One member shall be from the Board of Health
- One member shall be from the Department of Natural Resources, Water Quality Division
- One member shall be the president of the Eau Claire County Town's Association or designee
- Three members shall be citizens at large with one having expertise in a groundwater related field
- All members shall be citizens of the county at the time of appointment and for the duration of their terms

DUTIES
- Monitor state and federal regulation of groundwater
- Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive, county-wide groundwater management plan
- Perform such other tasks as directed by the Planning & Development Committee
