Citizen volunteers are important contributors to the community and county government through service on various boards, commissions and councils. Eau Claire County residents are encouraged to apply for appointment to these various boards. A link to the list and description of these boards is available in the left column of this page. Generally speaking, these boards are responsible for advising the County Board of Supervisors and county staff on issues, policies and programs.
