CJS offers the Pre-Charge Diversion program and Proxy Tool.

• LE Order-in-process

CJS offers the following:

• Pretrial Screening and monitoring (PSA)
• Community Transition Center
• Jail Based Programming
• Jail MH community collaborations and intervention (CCI)

During this phase law enforcement utilizes Warrant Programs and the DA's office.  

CJS offers and/or supports the following:

• Court-ordered Community Service
• OWI Early Intervention
• DAGP-Star
• Treatment Court

 Law enforcement system programs/services are DAGP and Probation.
