INMATE E-MAIL

Turnkey Corrections is now offering E-Mail to inmates at the Eau Claire County Jail.

Friends and family members now have the ability to e-mail inmates held at the Eau Claire County Jail. Rather than having to wait for the Post Office to send and deliver mail, friends and family can e-mail from any computer, IPad or Cell phone using the latest technology from TurnKey Corrections.

How to E-Mail your friend or relative in jail:

Go to website, Inmate Canteen. This is the same site that you go to order canteen or deposit funds on inmates' accounts.
♦ Registration - if you don't already have an account with TurnKey complete the registration information and make a deposit for a communication account.
♦ Select your inmate.
♦ Follow the easy three step process to send your first e-mail.
♦ Once this is completed, you will be provided an e-mail address that will allow you to send e-mails direct from your e-mail account. You will not have to log into the website to send messages once you have completed the registration process.
♦ All messages are reviewed and approved by jail staff and once approved, go right to the inmate kiosk for the inmate to view and respond.
♦ When the inmate responds, the e-mail comes directly to your e-mail address. Again, you do not have to log in to any website to view messages.
♦ E-mails both coming and going are only $0.25 each which is cheaper than mail and in most cases, instant communication
