•    Divorce Certificate Application - $20.00 - NOTE: Our office can only provide divorce certificates from 01/01/2016 to present.  All divorce information prior to 2016, needs to be obtained from the Clerk of Courts office.
•    Domestic Partnership Application - $20.00
•    Domestic Partnership Application Termination - $20.00

$3.00 fee each additional copy of the same record, issued at the same time as the first copy.

Applicant must provide a valid driver's license for identification. Refer to 2nd page of application for other options.

In-person requests for certified copies are usually completed within 10-15 minutes of application.

Mailed requests for certified copies are completed within 1-2 business days plus mail time.
