• Adults at risk (Age 18-60 years old who have a physical, cognitive, or mental impairment)
• Seniors age 60+ who have experienced, are currently experiencing, or are at risk of experiencing abuse, neglect, self-neglect

Contact the Department of Human Services Centralized Access Unit at (715) 839-7118 Monday - Friday between 8am - 4:30pm. Evenings after 4:30pm, weekends, and holidays please contact the Police Department at (715) 839-4972. For emergency situations dial 911.
