You must file in the county where your case is currently located.

If you feel a party is in violation of a Court Order, you can file a motion to enforce the Order.

Eau Claire County requires Personal Service of all motions filed by unrepresented (Pro Se) parties.  Proof of service must then be filed with the Clerk of Court Office to proceed with the motion.
