Civil Court

Civil Court covers both large and small claims lawsuits.  There are a variety of different types of suits in both categories.  If the claim involves money or property worth over $10,000, it is considered a large claim and if it is worth under $10,000, it is considered a small claim.  Civil matters can include:

  • Name Changes,
  • Torts and Restraining Orders
