  • 2.  Download and fill out the required background check document. Email to volunteer.coordinator@eauclairecounty.gov. If you need us to mail the document please contact volunteer.coordinator@eauclairecounty.gov OR Call 715-839-4735.
    **All Aging & Disability Resource Center Volunteers are subject to a background check before placement volunteering. (National Sex Offender Registry, & Criminal and Caregiver Background, some volunteer positions require valid Driver's License and car insurance). 
  • You will be contacted about your volunteer preferences and to set up an orientation. 

Orientation and Training

Welcome! Orientation and Training will consist of the following (subject to change based on your volunteer job)

  • Complete application and background check
  • Pass a criminal/caregiver background check
  • Volunteer Orientation via phone or in-person; approximately 45 minutes (varies based on program)
  • Return confidentiality acknowledgement 

 Scheduling and Mileage

  • To update your regular schedule, sign up for open Volunteer Opportunities, or input your mileage online click here.
  • To input your mileage via mail click and print the following form:  Volunteer Mileage
