GENERAL INFORMATION

Chippewa Valley Regional Airport Commission Membership:                                                

• The Chippewa Valley Regional Airport Commission shall consist of seven members.          
• One Eau Claire County Board Supervisor shall be appointed.         
• One Chippewa County Board Supervisor shall be appointed. 
• Of the remaining five members, three shall be citizens and residents of Eau Claire County and appointed by the Eau Claire County board chair and two shall be citizens and residents of Chippewa County appointed by the Chippewa County board chair and approved by their respective boards.

DUTIES

The Commission shall have the power to do all acts and things necessary for the promotion of the business and the general welfare of the airport in order to carry out the powers, duties and responsibilities imposed by this provision or any other laws.
