Caring for a person with dementia poses many challenges for families and caregivers. Living with a type of dementia makes it difficult to remember, take care of themselves, think clearly, and communicate with others.
This presentation will provide an overview of dementia, strategies for dealing with behavioral problems and communication difficulties, and resources in the community.
