NATURE AND PLANTS FOR BETTER BRAIN HEALTH, Margaret Murphy, MS, Horticulture Educator UW-Madison Extension

A growing body of evidence-based research supports how being around plants helps people concentrate better, increases memory retention, stimulates the senses, and overall, improves mood. Margaret will explore and discuss what the studies are saying and how we can incorporate more plants in our lives to grow a healthier you!
